I chose this because I got the six of hearts. When I first got this card I thought I was going to do a broken heart. But I decided to go a different way. I wanted to do a real heart. A black, cold, dead heart. So I decided to make it so it was shot.
The only problems I had with this was I couldn't figure out what to do in the back ground. I didn't want to do the whole thing with the graph like they have when you're at a doctors. So, I only did behind the heart. The picture looked so boring I decided I needed to do something else. I asked Shelby what to do. She helped me splatter paint and make bloody hand prints.
I'm happy with this because it turned out better than I thought. I really liked the outcome. I feel like all of the red brings out the heart. The only thing I don't like is that it's not centered no matter how bad I tried, I couldn't get it.
